He has engaged in communication satellite design and development, and the major programs he was involves are Chinasat-16 - China’s first High Throughput Satellite, Chinasat-9A – China’s first Domestically-made Direct Broadcast Satellite and Tiantong-1 - China’s First Domestically-made Mobile Communication Satellite.
