Villarreal

Jorge Villarreal is one of the most experienced executives in the Latin American satellite industry, with over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, in areas such as management, sales, marketing, strategic planning and new business areas development.
In 2004, Jorge founded Elara Comunicaciones by merging several companies. He has seen how the company has become the second fastest growing worldwide teleport, according to the World Teleport Association.

Sanchis

Ignacio Sanchis has been Business Director at Hispasat since January of 2013. In this role, he is responsible for sales, marketing, client engineering and service quality at the Hispasat Group.

Before joining Hispasat, he spent five years as General Manager for Spain and Portugal of Nagravisión, leading development at this company and at affiliates of the Kudelski Group in the Iberian audiovisual market.

Rolf Skatteboe is president/CEO of Kongsberg Satellite Services AS (KSAT), a Norwegian company providing services for satellite operation and control and satellite based applications.

KSAT based in Tromsø, Norway owns and operates ground stations located at 23 locations world wide, including Antarctica and the Arctic. KSAT operates 180 antenna with 50.000 contacts pr. month. KSAT ground network is optimized for TT&C (Telemetri tracking & Control), launch support, as well as data reception and Near real time Earth Observation services.

Tony Frazier joined Maxar in 2017 after its acquisition of DigitalGlobe and serves as our EVP of Global Field Operations. In this role he leads all sales, business development, and services delivery activities for the company outside of the Canadian market. Prior to this role Mr. Frazier served as President of Radiant Solutions. Mr. Frazier served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of DigitalGlobe’s Services business from 2013 and led GeoEye’s Marketing and Communications team since 2010, prior to its acquisition by DigitalGlobe in 2013. As President and COO of SpaceX, Gwynne Shotwell is responsible for day-to-day operations and managing all customer and strategic relations to support company growth. She joined SpaceX in 2002 as Vice President of Business Development and built the Falcon vehicle family manifest to more than 100 launches, representing more than $10 billion in business.

Through leadership in both corporate and external science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs, Shotwell has helped raise over $1.8 million for STEM programs reaching thousands of students nationwide.
